<p>Physical Therapist needed in Florence, AL for a patient focused assignment. You will evaluate and treat patients to improve mobility, strength, balance, gait, and overall functional independence. Caseload may include post op and orthopedic patients, neuro conditions, general deconditioning, and geriatric needs depending on the setting. You will create individualized plans of care, deliver therapeutic exercise and functional training, recommend and train on assistive devices, educate patients and caregivers, and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to support safe discharge planning and measurable progress.</p>

BLS preferred (facility dependent)

Recent experience in the applicable setting preferred (inpatient, outpatient, SNF, home health, or rehab)

Comfortable with evaluations, treatment planning, documentation, and patient and caregiver education

Ability to manage a full caseload and meet productivity and documentation standards

Must be able to pass background, drug screen, and complete all facility compliance items on time
