Description

Travel RN – Operating Room (OR)

📍 Location: Boston, MA
🏥 Facility: Beth Israel Lahey Health (BILH)
📄 Contract Length: 8 Weeks
📅 Start Dates: Weekly Starts

Shift Details

Shift: Days
Hours: 6:30 AM – 7:00 PM
Call Requirement: Yes
- 3 call shifts per month
- Possible call hours:
  - 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
  - 7:00 PM – 11:00 PM
  - 6:00 AM – 6:30 PM
  - 6:30 PM – 6:30 AM (Weekend call – 12 hours)
- Weekend call may occur Saturday or Sunday

Unit

Operating Room (OR)

Required Experience

Minimum 5+ years of OR experience required
Level 1 Trauma experience required
Large hospital experience required
Must have experience across multiple surgical services
Must be able to independently scrub and circulate for:
- Transplant surgeries
- Cardiac procedures
- Vascular surgeries
Epic EMR experience required

Certifications

BLS – AHA required
Flu vaccine required prior to start

Submission Requirements

BILH Coversheet required at time of submission

Additional Facility Requirements

Local candidates are NOT accepted within 50 miles
Candidates must be separated from BILH for at least 6 months
- Applies to perm, per diem, or previous travel staff
