Job Requirements

  • Education Requirements: Valid Texas Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) license.
  • Certifications Requirements: BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.

Job Responsibilities

  • Provide skilled occupational therapy services to patients in skilled nursing facilities, ensuring assessments and treatment plans are tailored to individual needs.
  • Collaborate with rehabilitation team members to develop, implement, and evaluate treatment strategies.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress, treatment plans, and clinical notes.
  • Execute patient care routines according to facility protocols and safety standards.
