Description

Key Responsibilities:

Provide direct nursing care for premature and critically ill newborns in the NICU.
Assist with delivery attendance and immediate newborn stabilization.
Monitor and manage neonatal vital signs, ventilators, and specialized equipment.
Administer medications, IV therapy, and treatments as ordered.
Educate and support families regarding newborn care and NICU processes.
Maintain accurate documentation of patient care and progress.
Collaborate with neonatologists, respiratory therapists, and the NICU care team.

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of Level III NICU experience – Required
Delivery attendance experience – Required
Active RN License and NRP
Ability to work 12-hour night shifts
