Hiring: Experienced Physical Therapist | New Hampshire

Seeking an Experienced Physical Therapist (PT) for an excellent opportunity to join a dedicated healthcare team providing high-quality patient care.

🕒 Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
📍 Location: New Hampshire

Requirements

• Active New Hampshire PT License or Compact PT License
• Candidates willing to obtain a temporary license are also welcome
• Strong clinical evaluation and patient care experience

Responsibilities

• Perform patient evaluations and re-evaluations and maintain accurate documentation according to licensure and department standards
• Collaborate with disciplinary and interdisciplinary healthcare teams
• Verify and review provider orders, lab values, vital signs, and other medical information
• Demonstrate understanding of the impact of chronic illness on patients
• Consider patients’ physical, emotional, social, cultural, and vocational needs when planning care
• Understand the challenges that acute care episodes create for patients and families
• Demonstrate clinical competence in standardized tests, scales, and assessment tools
• Provide care across various areas of the facility as needed
