Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse – Nurse Practice Educator (NPE) to support clinical education and staff development within the facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for training nursing staff, ensuring compliance with clinical standards, and promoting best practices in patient care.
 

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide clinical training and education to nursing staff
• Conduct skills assessments, competency evaluations, and orientation programs
• Ensure compliance with facility policies, clinical guidelines, and regulatory standards
• Support staff with evidence-based nursing practices
• Collaborate with leadership to improve quality of care and clinical outcomes
• Monitor and guide nursing staff on proper documentation and patient care procedures

Requirements:

• Active, unrestricted certification/license as RN.
• BLS from AHA.
• COVID card or Medical / Religious Exemption.
