Work Experience

Nurse Practitioner (1 year)

Description

Provide care to homeless patients living in a transitional housing facility
Advanced practitioner will round and provide medical care
Must be comfortable seeing high acuity patients
Open to nurse practitioners and physician assistants with at least 2 years of practice experience in family medicine or internal medicine PLUS urgent care, EM, or ICU settings
Join a Federally Qualified Health Center that received recognition for its high-quality comprehensive care
System is very well-established as it has been providing medical, dental and mental health services to the community for over 30 years
Typical schedule is either 8:00am-5:00pm or 8:30am-5:30pm, Mon-Fri
Competitive salary starting in the range of $180k+
