Position Overview
Medical City Plano is seeking an experienced Interventional Radiology Technologist for a travel assignment within the Interventional Radiology (IR) department. This role requires strong technical skills, experience in neuro‑interventional procedures, and the ability to work in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented environment.

- Shift: 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

- Floor: A Tower, 1st Floor
Unit Information
- Suites: 3
- Total Staff: 10 (6 RNs, 4 Technologists)
- Day Shift Staffing: 6 RNs, 4 Technologists
- Night Shift Staffing: Not applicable
- Equipment: Phillips systems (2 biplanes, 1 single plane)
- EMR: Meditech and GE Centricity PACS
Required Skills & Experience
Must‑Have Qualifications Candidates without these will not be considered.
- Neuro‑interventional experience
- Level I or Level II trauma experience
- ARRT certification
Preferred Qualifications Candidates with these skills will be prioritized.
- VI registry
- Meditech experience
- Experience with Phillips imaging equipment
Typical Procedures
- Neuro‑interventional procedures (thrombectomies, coilings, MMA embolizations, spinal angiograms)
- IR body procedures (G‑tubes, biopsies, PCNs, Mediports, TIPS)
- Trauma angiography (spleen, liver, GDA, renal, and more)
