🌟 Hiring: RN – Psych 🌟
📍 Location: Bismarck, ND
🗓 Assignment Length: 13 Weeks
🌙 Shift: 12 Hour Nights (7p–7a)
⏱ Guaranteed Hours: 36 hrs/week
💰 Pay Breakdown (36 hrs/week):
• W2 (Taxable): $23.80/hr
• Per Diem (Non-Taxable): $1,246/week
• Gross Weekly Pay: $2,102.80/week
🏥 Unit Details:
• 25 licensed bed Inpatient Psychiatric Unit
• Currently using 3 Adult Beds & 6 Adolescent Beds
🧠 Common Diagnoses:
Depression, Anxiety, Substance Abuse (ETOH & other substances), Psychosis, Bipolar Disorder, Schizophrenia, Personality Disorders, and occasional medically cleared withdrawal cases.
👩⚕️ Requirements:
• BLS required
• CPI preferred
• Acute or inpatient psych experience required
• Strong communication and de-escalation skills
• First-time travelers welcome
• Adolescent experience preferred
📅 Scheduling:
• Self-scheduling based on seniority
• Manager balances schedule and tries to accommodate block scheduling
• Every other weekend & holiday required
