Travel ICU / Progressive Care Registered Nurse (RN) 📍 Mission Hills, CA ⏳ Contract Length: 13 Weeks 🕒 Shift: Night Shift – 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM 📆 Schedule: 3x12s (36 hours/week) Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Provide critical care nursing support in a Progressive Care / Stepdown unit</li><li>Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms and dysrhythmias using telemetry</li><li>Manage cardiac and vasoactive drips (non-titration)</li><li>Care for patients with respiratory support including ventilators, BiPAP/CPAP, HFNC, and tracheostomies</li><li>Perform blood product administration and IV therapy</li><li>Manage PICC lines, peripheral IVs, and phlebotomy tasks</li><li>Provide care for patients with sepsis, MI, stroke, CHF, trauma, and post-cardiac procedures</li><li>Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including respiratory therapy, pharmacy, and rapid response teams</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>True ICU RN experience required (PCU float experience alone not accepted)</li><li>Minimum 1 year ICU experience</li><li>Active RN License</li><li>BLS (Basic Life Support)</li><li>ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support)</li><li>NIHSS Certification</li><li>LA City Fire Card</li></ul>
