Job Summary – OB RN (13-Week Assignment)<ul><li>Specialty: OB RN with Neonatal Monitoring experience</li><li>Certification Preferred: STABLE certification (preferred but not always mandatory)</li><li>Contract Length: 13 weeks</li><li>Shift: Night shift</li><li>Hours: Mostly 8-hour shifts, 12-hour shifts as needed</li></ul>Unit Details (Monthly Average):<ul><li>4 Labor &amp; Delivery patients</li><li>5 Postpartum patients</li><li>Total volume: approx. 35–40 patients per month</li></ul>Floating Policy:<ul><li>If floating is required, RN will only float as a sitter or helper</li><li>No patient assignment when floating</li></ul>Other Units in Facility:<ul><li>Med-Surg</li><li>ICU</li><li>ED</li></ul>
