Job Title: Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) – Full Time
Location: Prescott Valley, Arizona
Schedule: Monday–Friday | No weekends | No holidays

Position Overview:
We are seeking a compassionate Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) who is passionate about primary care and community-focused medicine. This is a full-time role providing preventive care, chronic disease management, and wellness visits in a supportive team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide primary care services including preventive care, chronic disease management, and wellness visits.
• Practice independently according to state guidelines.

Qualifications:

• Active Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) license.
