Med Surg RN – Travel Contract

Shift: 12 Hour Nights
Hours: 36 hours per week
Schedule: Every other weekend required

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Med Surg Registered Nurse (RN) for a travel assignment. The RN will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced medical-surgical unit, collaborating with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care to Med Surg patients
• Monitor patient conditions and report changes to the healthcare team
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and care procedures
• Follow hospital policies and safety protocols

Requirements:

• Minimum 2+ years of Med Surg RN experience
• Active RN License
• BLS Certification required
• Ability to work 12-hour night shifts
• Must be able to work every other weekend
