Submission Requirements

·         Must have a minimum of 24 months PCU experience (with recent experience in last 12 months) - [REQUIRED]
·         Life support certifications must be from AHA, ARC, or ASHI - [REQUIRED]
·         No hits on state license to practice - [REQUIRED] [DOCUMENT]
·         RTO cannot exceed 7 days, No RTO during the first week of assignment - [REQUIRED]
·         Candidate driver’s license to verify residency - [REQUIRED]
·         Travel experience - [HIGHLY PREFERRED]

Shift Notes:

7a-730p/36 hrs per week/24 hrs GTD-Banner may cancel one shift per week for low census, Traveler must be willing to float to similar units or sister campus (if applicable)
