Description

Shift: 9a-5p with occasional evenings; no on-call, weekend or holiday work .
Certs: AHA BLS, ABR
License: Active NY state license needed before start
Any must have experience/skill set: 5 or more years experience. SRS treatment planning.
Education Requirement: Must have Master’s Degree in Physics or Medical Physics
Treatment Computers use Eclipse treatment planning, also Brainlab. A secondary software that we use for calculations is Radcalc.
Common Duties: SRS treatment planning, IMRT/VMAT QA, TrueBeam monthly QA, and initial and weekly chart checks.
Equipment: 21iX, TrueBeam, Eclipse, ARIA, ICprofiler, Mapcheck3, ArcCheck, myQA SRS, and Beamscan
- Portable Units: GE Navigate and Philips 7000M Portable
- Operating Room: OEC C-Arm, 21cm, 31cm, 3D, O-Arm, Ziehm
