Description
*MUST note in submission if clinician has ever worked for Sanford Health. If clinician previously worked with Sanford, they must have an end date 6 months prior to their submission date.* All clinicians must badge in and out at facility Scrubs: Polo (Ceil Blue, Khaki, Gray, Chocolate Brown) or business casual. Hours will be 7:30 am - 4:00 pm with 1-2 weekends, which could be both days (they would have off before and/or after the weekend) - Inpatient (acute care and rehab) - General duties: Evaluations, treatment interventions, team conferences, modalities if able to perfom, documentation, FIM's. - Computerized charting, have access to UE Bioness, Dynavision. - Dress code: Business casual (no jeans), modest attire. - Number of patients depends on the volume but 4-5 would be average with some days more or less. 21 beds. - Orientation program in dept: Would have specific training for 1 to 2 days for computer documentation, other specific department over several days.
