Required Skills:

• ARRT certification and California CRT license
• BLS certification
• Knowledge of therapy equipment (linear accelerators, Varian, HDR, CT, simulators)
• Strong communication skills and patient-centered approach
• Ability to work under clinical guidance and collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams
• Computer literacy and precision in treatment calculations

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with treating acute patients (1-3 years preferred)
• Familiarity with medical imaging and simulation procedures

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Graduate of an accredited Radiation Therapy Program
• Minimum of 1 year of direct clinical experience in a radiation therapy setting, especially with acute patient care

Other Requirements:

• Valid license and certifications as specified
• Ability to work varying shifts within a Monday–Friday schedule, 8-hour days
• Commitment to safety procedures and quality assurance in all treatment processes
