Description

12H Nights - 7:00 PM TO 7:00AM;;
4 years of experience;;

Staff should be familiar with: PICC’s, wound vac, Fresenius IV pumps, Omnicell, Saphire PCA pumps, Mindray tele units, Phillips BP monitors in rooms.
The Charge Nurse may have a patient assignment; the Charge Nurse cares for ER patients after 11:30p; RN on call if needed, also. We have 1-2 CNAs on each shift however, all licensed and non-licensed work together—everyone sits, or no one sits. Teamwork makes the dream work!

Patient Population: Census is usually heavy with swing bed patients; however, they are often fairly high acuity. Average census is 10, but 14 is not unusual
