This is a Full-Time – Night Shift opportunity with long-term potential, located in Austell, Georgia 30106.

Pay Range: $33 – $59/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Must Have Skills

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (Georgia or Compact)
• BLS certification (American Heart Association or equivalent)
• Minimum 2 years of direct patient care nursing experience required
• Experience in Med Surg, Burn, Trauma, or Acute Care nursing preferred
• Strong clinical assessment and analytical/critical-thinking skills
• Ability to function effectively in a fast-paced inpatient environment
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and documentation skills
• Strong patient advocacy and commitment to patient- and family-centered care

Key Responsibilities

• Perform the nursing process including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care
• Deliver individualized, relationship-based patient-centered nursing care
• Monitor patient conditions and respond appropriately to clinical changes or emergencies
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Educate and support patients and families throughout the care continuum
• Coordinate safe, high-quality care with interdisciplinary teams
• Participate in performance improvement, research utilization, and shared governance initiatives
• Serve as mentor/preceptor when appropriate to support staff development
• Support efficient use of clinical resources and best-practice outcomes
• Uphold confidentiality, safety standards, and professional nursing practice
