Description
Immediate need for a talented Registered Nurse (RN) – Medicine IMC.
This is a Part-Time – Night Shift opportunity with long-term potential, located in Augusta, Georgia 30912.
Pay Range: $33 – $59/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Must Have Skills
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (Georgia or Compact)
• BLS certification (American Heart Association or equivalent)
• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing
• Experience in acute care, Med Surg, or IMC nursing preferred
• Strong clinical assessment and patient monitoring skills
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and documentation skills
• Strong patient advocacy and commitment to patient- and family-centered care
Key Responsibilities
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in collaboration with the interdisciplinary care team
• Monitor patient conditions and respond appropriately to clinical changes
• Deliver safe, effective, evidence-based nursing care according to established policies and standards
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Educate and support patients and families regarding treatment plans and care management
• Coordinate care with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams
• Participate in performance improvement initiatives and professional development activities
• Support mentorship, teamwork, and a positive clinical environment
• Uphold confidentiality, safety, and professional nursing standards
• Comply with all organizational policies, procedures, and code of conduct
