Description:

PT needed for Rehab Services, ASAP start and for 13 weeks

5x8 Days 8am-5pm, weekdays only

Certs Required: BLS

Experience Required: strongly prefer at least 1 year experience treating OP neuro (vestibular, stroke and Parkinson’s) and ortho patients, Neuro exp required

2 years experience required

EMR - EPIC (recent experience/proficiency is required)

Candidates must have a NC license or Multistate license

Local Rules: No Candidates will be accepted if they reside less than 40 miles from facility. Drivers License MUST be provided for address verification prior to any offer acceptance.

Must include Qualivis Cover Sheet and current NURSYS report. All RTO must be submitted with profile.
