HIRING LCSW -Washington
Providence Swedish Cherry Hill Campus | Seattle, WA
13 weeks contract
Shift: Day 5x8-Hour (08:00 - 16:30)
Scheduled: 40 hrs

Gross weekly: $1978/week
Breakdown:
w2 (taxable): $18/hr
Perdiem (non taxable): $1258/week

Job/Unit Requirements:

1 Year Experience
Will accept 1st Time Travelers
Certs Required: BLS, LSWAIC
Experience Required: Inpatient/Acute Care, Case Management
Epic Experience Required
Floating: Travelers may be floated to other Swedish campuses if census is low (Issaquah, First HIl, Ballard)
Weekend Coverage Required: MInimum 2 weekend days per month (typically not scheduled together, i.e. will work 1 Saturday per month and 1 Sunday per month - but not in the same weekend)
