Required Skills:

• Minimum of 5 years recent ER experience in a high-acuity setting
• Current BLS, ACLS, PALS certifications; TNCC preferred
• Strong triage, trauma, and cardiac alert expertise including STEMI, stroke, and sepsis management
• Proficiency in EMR documentation (Meditech preferred)
• Excellent critical thinking and decision-making skills
• Ability to perform procedures such as IV insertions, EKGs, wound care, and moderate sedation

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with Meditech documentation system
• Bilingual in English and Spanish

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Relevant RN licensure and well-rounded emergency nursing experience with proven patient care in a high-acuity environment

Other Requirements:

• Texas RN Licensure (Compact)
• Ability to work 12-hour night shifts, including weekends (2 per schedule), with no on-call responsibilities
• Punctual, reliable, team-oriented, compassionate, and adaptable in a fast-paced setting
