Requirements
Licensure
- Alaska LMSW or LCSW License required
- Pending Alaska license accepted
Experience
- Minimum 1 year of experience required
- Acute care hospital experience is mandatory
- First-time travelers accepted
Skills
- Must have acute care case management experience as per unit director requirements.
Scheduling Requirements
- Shift: 5x8 Days
- Start Date: ASAP
- Weekend Requirement: Yes
- On-Call Requirement: No
- Floating: Clinician must be willing to float within scope to meet facility needs
- Block Scheduling: Not available
Travel Requirements
- Local candidates are not accepted
- Candidate’s permanent address must be at least 50 miles from the facility
Time Off & Hours
- Guaranteed Hours: 72 hours per 2 weeks
- Traveler may be called off for one 8-hour shift per 2 weeks
- All Requested Time Off (RTO) must be included at the time of submission
