The PT will treat a diverse patient population and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support recovery and mobility. Pay: $70/hr W2 Weekly: $2800OT: After 40 hours Schedule:<ul><li>Monday – Friday, Day Shift</li><li>Prefer 8-hour shifts, may consider 4x10 schedule</li></ul>Responsibilities:<ul><li>Evaluate and treat patients in outpatient, acute care, and home health settings</li><li>Develop and implement individualized therapy plans</li><li>Treat conditions including post-operative recovery, sports injuries, and geriatric rehabilitation</li><li>Travel to area facilities within a 60-mile radius, including home health visits</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Active Physical Therapist license</li><li>Strong general PT experience</li><li>Outpatient experience required</li><li>Both inpatient and outpatient experience preferred</li></ul>
