Description
13 weeks // Day 4x10-Hour (07:00 - 17:30)
REGISTERED DIETITIAN- Weekend( Fri, Sat, Sun and Mon) and (Thru, Friday and Sunday)
Shift: M-F 5 x 8 Days 0830-1700 or 4x10 (7:00-17:30)
Start dates: 3/30, 4/6 or 4/13
Float Requirement: Patient may be Located in any units of the hospital
LOCAL RATE WITHIN 60 MILES OF FACILITY
Requirements:
- DC licensure - pending licensure accepted but must have proof of application at time of submittal for consideration, & must have IN HAND at time of start
- RDN Certification
- 2 years of experience: adult outpatient/clinic; experience with Heart failure; Post Op Gastric Bypass, Dialysis/Hemodialysis/CRRT and Kidney Disease - Acute/Chronic
or 1 year of Teaching Hospital experience
Requirement Preferred:
-Certified Nutrition Support Clinician Certification
Scrub Details:
-May wear business casual or black scrubs and lab coat( not provided)
