<p><strong>Position Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li>Must be agreeable to floating, as the position primarily supports Med Surg.</li><li>84 hours biweekly with a 72-hour guarantee. <strong>Must agree to a 36/48 hour alternating schedule.</strong></li><li>Preferred start date within the next 3–5 weeks.</li><li>Traveler will be required to work weekends as needed; most weekends may be included. Block scheduling may be accommodated, but set schedules cannot be guaranteed.</li><li>Minimum 2 years of experience required; travel experience strongly preferred.</li><li>Epic experience strongly preferred.</li><li>Previous charge nurse experience: preferred.</li><li>Patient ratio experience: 1:5.</li><li>Charting system: Epic (required).</li></ul>
