Job Title: Respiratory Therapist (CRT or RRT) – Night Shift

Schedule: 48 Hours Weekly | Thursday – Sunday | Nights (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)

Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT) or Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) to join our clinical team. This role provides respiratory care services to patients with cardiopulmonary conditions while collaborating with physicians and healthcare staff to ensure high-quality patient care.

Schedule

• Shift: Nights (7:00 PM – 7:00 AM)
• Days: Thursday – Sunday
• Hours: 48 hours per week

Key Responsibilities

• Assess, treat, and monitor patients with respiratory and cardiopulmonary disorders
• Administer respiratory therapies including oxygen therapy, aerosol treatments, and ventilator management
• Monitor and evaluate patient response to respiratory treatments
• Assist with airway management and emergency respiratory procedures when needed
• Maintain accurate documentation using Cerner Electronic Medical Record (EMR)
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes

Qualifications

• CRT or RRT credential required
• Current state Respiratory Therapy license (if applicable)
• BLS certification required (ACLS preferred depending on facility requirements)
• Experience documenting in Cerner EMR preferred
• Strong clinical judgment and patient care skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced clinical environment

Preferred Experience

• Previous hospital-based respiratory therapy experience
• Experience with ventilators, critical care patients, and emergency response
