Required Skills:

• Minimum of 1+ year recent critical care experience, ideally in ICU, Step-Down, or LTAC settings
• Valid ACLS and BLS certifications
• Comfort and proficiency in managing ventilator patients
• Strong patient care skills with attention to detail

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience working in high-acuity units
• Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR)
• Additional certifications or specialized training in critical care

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Current RN licensure in the state of Georgia or ability to obtain
• At least 1 year of recent, relevant ICU or step-down experience
• Previous contract or travel nursing experience preferred

Other Requirements:

• Ability to pass necessary background and credentialing checks
• No travel restrictions; local candidates preferred but not required
