Join Our Team as a Contract Registered Nurse - Days or Nights in Critical Care/ LTAC!
Are you a dedicated Registered Nurse with a passion for critical care? We are seeking skilled and compassionate professionals to join our dynamic team for a rewarding contract opportunity at our esteemed facility in Athens, GA. This position offers an excellent chance to make a meaningful impact on patient lives while working in a supportive and professional environment. If you thrive in night or day shift settings and have recent ICU or Step-Down experience, we want to hear from you!
Required Skills:
- Minimum of 1+ year recent critical care experience, ideally in ICU, Step-Down, or LTAC settings
- Valid ACLS and BLS certifications
- Comfort and proficiency in managing ventilator patients
- Strong patient care skills with attention to detail
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience working in high-acuity units
- Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR)
- Additional certifications or specialized training in critical care
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Current RN licensure in the state of Georgia or ability to obtain
- At least 1 year of recent, relevant ICU or step-down experience
- Previous contract or travel nursing experience preferred
Other Requirements:
- Ability to pass necessary background and credentialing checks
- No travel restrictions; local candidates preferred but not required
