Job Summary

Seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for a Rehab unit in an acute inpatient rehab setting serving adult patients. The facility is a 99-bed acute care hospital with a 10-bed rehab unit. The patient ratio is approximately 5:1.

Unit & Shift Details

Unit: Rehab
Number of Openings: 1
Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 36
Weekend Hours: Every Other / As Needed
Call Requirements: As Needed
Float Requirements: As Needed
EHR System: Medhost

Patient Population

Adults only
Common diagnoses include orthopedic conditions, stroke, and cardiac cases

Required Qualifications

Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Tennessee
Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN) / Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)
Minimum 1 year of experience in rehabilitation nursing, including experience within the last year
Experience in an inpatient rehabilitation setting
Experience in medical-surgical nursing
Current ACLS and BLS certifications prior to start

Additional Information

Orientation occurs biweekly on Mondays
Professional dress code; scrub color is flexible, but casual wear is not acceptable
Must be located 60 miles or more from the facility to qualify as a travel nurse
