Job Summary – OR RN (Operating Room Registered Nurse)

Shift

• Night Shift: 3x12 Hours
• Timing: 7:00 PM – 7:30 AM

Experience Requirements

• Total OR RN Experience Required: 6 years
• Level I Trauma Experience: Minimum 2 years required
  • If candidate has at least 1 year Level I Trauma, profile may still be considered.

⚠️ Must be well-rounded in most OR specialties (except CV Transplant).

Key Skills

• Circulating: Required
• Scrubbing: Preferred

Call Requirement

• 6 call shifts in a 6-week period (may vary)

Certifications

• BLS – Required

Scheduling

• No block scheduling
• Must work 2 out of 3 major holidays

License Requirements

• Indiana RN License must be active before submission
• Pending licenses NOT accepted

Travelers / Local Policy

• Locals Accepted: Yes
• Local Radius Rule: Travelers residing within Indiana receive $15 off bill rate

Floating

• Travelers may float within scope based on facility needs.
