Description

Job Title: Oncology Nurse Coordinator (RN)

Location: Needham, MA – Beth Israel Deaconess Cancer Center
Shift: Day Shift | Monday–Friday | 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

Requirements

• Active Massachusetts RN License required at time of submission
• 2+ years of oncology nursing experience required
• Experience in oncology care coordination (preferably outpatient/ambulatory)
• Strong telephone triage and symptom management skills
• Experience coordinating VNA, Hospice, and DME referrals
• Experience coordinating specialty referrals, imaging, and IR procedures
• Experience obtaining authorization for specialty oral chemotherapy medications
• Strong communication, organization, and patient education skills

Preferred

• Experience working in an ambulatory oncology or cancer center setting
• Prior experience working closely with oncologists and multidisciplinary teams
