Description

Behavioral Health Social Worker- 5x8 Days
Must have 2 years of Experience Required in Social Worker
Float Requirement: Float throughout patient tower across MedSurg units as necessary
This is not a “case management” position but rather an inpatient therapist position. Performing psychosocial, assessments, collecting collateral information, collaborating with the provider on diagnostic impression and treatment plan, contributing in daily treatment IMOC rounds and afternoon 3pm huddle, providing individual therapy, leading group therapy and having family meetings. The therapists collaborates with the discharge coordinators on follow up care and discharge disposition planning.

Requirements:
- LCSW, LCSW-C OR LCPC and MD LICENSE IN HAND
