NBO (Non-Billable Orientation): 16 hours

Pay Differentials

Overtime / Holiday: 1.15x pay rate
Call Back: 1.5x pay rate (minimum 2 hours)
On-Call Pay: $9/hr
Charge Nurse / Preceptor: +$6/hr

Overtime Rules

36–40 hr contracts: OT after 40 hours
48 hr contracts: OT after 48 hours
