Position Summary:
Our Client is seeking a compassionate RN Unit Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily clinical and administrative operations of a designated nursing unit. This role ensures high-quality patient care, supervises nursing staff, coordinates care plans, and maintains compliance with healthcare regulations and facility policies. The RN Unit Manager works closely with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary teams to promote efficient operations, improve patient outcomes, and ensure a safe and supportive environment for both patients and staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and support nursing staff during assigned shifts
- Ensure high standards of patient care and safety
- Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams for patient care plans
- Monitor documentation and compliance with facility policies
Requirements:
- Active, unrestricted certification/licensure as RN.
- BLS from AHA.
- COVID card or Medical / Religious Exemption.
