Position Summary: Our Client is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse Supervisor (RN Supervisor) who is responsible for overseeing the daily nursing operations of the unit or facility. This role provides leadership and guidance to nursing staff, ensures high-quality patient care, and maintains compliance with healthcare regulations and facility policies.

Key Responsibility: 

• Supervise and support nursing staff, including RNs, LPNs, and CNAs, on the assigned unit.
• Coordinate and oversee patient care to ensure quality and safety standards are met.
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized patient care plans.
• Ensure compliance with facility policies, state regulations, and healthcare standards.

Requirements:

• Active, unrestricted certification/licensure as RN.
• BLS from AHA.
• COVID card or Medical / Religious Exemption.
