Facility - Bellevue Hospital Center
Shift - 9:00 AM-5:00 PM
Guranteed Hours - 35
"Minimum 1 year of experience as a Medical Social Worker.
Experience working in Inpatient hospital settings.
Experience with Medicine, Surgery (Med/Surg), or Rehabilitation units.
Master’s Degree in Social Work (MSW) required.
Valid LMSW (Licensed Master Social Worker) issued by New York State Education Department.
Ability to provide patient support, discharge planning, and care coordination in a hospital environment."
