Travel Nurse RN - Cardiac PCU - Progressive Care Unit

Required Skills & Experience: 

• Cardiac Telemetry Care experience.
• Working with diverse patient population including MI, CHF, COPD, strokes, stable arrhythmias, and any other patient needing closer cardiac monitoring and assessment.

Required Education: 

• Associate’s degree in nursing. 

Preferred Education: 

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing. 

Required Certifications & Licensure: 

• Current state of Wisconsin Registered Nurse License or a Multi-state Nursing License.
• BLS (AHA)
• ACLS (AHA)

Important Notes: 

• 12 hour nights, float as needed, up to every other weekend
• Patient population is very diverse including interventional cardiac catheterization procedures, acute MI, CHF, COPD as well as acute stroke and an y other patients needing closer cardiac monitoring and assessment.
• Provide care for patients requiring peritoneal dialysis, IV antiarrhythmics, insulin infusions, BiPap and those on home ventilators.
