Travel OR RN – Women’s Surgery / C-Sections – San Diego, CA

We are seeking an experienced Operating Room Registered Nurse (OR RN) for a travel assignment supporting Women’s Surgery at a leading hospital in San Diego, California. This role focuses on OB/GYN surgical procedures, including C-sections

 and hysterectomies in a fast-paced surgical environment.

Required Qualifications

• ACTIVE CALIFORNIA RN LICENSE
• BLS / CPR certification
• NRP certification required before start date
• 3+ years of recent RN experience
• 2+ years of recent OR experience
• Scrub experience preferred
• Previous travel experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide safe and effective perioperative nursing care
• Perform patient assessments, care planning, and evaluation
• Assist surgical teams during OB/GYN and women's surgical procedures
• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams
• Document patient care and surgical outcomes accurately
• Advocate for patient safety and quality outcomes

Additional Details

• 12-hour day shifts
• On-call required: 2–8 hour call shifts every 4 weeks
• 30-minute response time for call coverage
