Description

Job Title: - Registered Nurse - ICU
Location: - Winston Salem, NC 27103
Job Type: - 13-week contract
Shifts: - Night 3x12-Hour (18:45 - 07:15)
Guaranteed Hours (Weekly): 36-hour guaranteed

Description:

REQUIRED SKILLS / CERTS / EXP:
Minimum Years of Experience: 2 yrs of Experience Needed
Traveler Experience: Accepts 1st time travelers.
Float Requirement: Floating required as needed to sister unit which is an ICCU also.
Weekend Requirement: Weekend Requirement: EVERY OTHER WEEKEND.
ACLS, BCLS, NIH certifications, as well as experience with IV start, telemetry and conscious sedation.
Must have experience with arterial lines and titrating vasoactive drips, PCU/DOU/IMC/Stepdown, Telemetry, Interpretation of dysrhythmias, Management of dysrhythmias, Telemetry - on the unit monitoring, Use of Rapid Response Teams, IV insulin protocols, Blood Product Administration,

- Certifications: RN License, ACLS, BLS, NIHSS

Charting System: Preferred, Epic
