Position Details:

Position: LMSW / LCSW – Inpatient Case Management Social Worker
Facility: Providence Alaska Medical Center
Work Location: 3200 Providence Dr, Anchorage, AK 99508
Start Date: 04/13/2026
Duration: 13 Weeks
Shift: Day Shift (08:30 AM – 05:00 PM)
Schedule: 5x8 Hours
Weekend Requirement: Every Other Weekend

Requirements:

AK LMSW or LCSW License required (Pending license accepted)
Minimum 2 years Social Work experience preferred
Acute Care Hospital experience required
Master’s Degree in Social Work from CSWE accredited school
Epic charting experience preferred
