Position Details:

Job Title - Nuclear Medicine Tech
Unit - Nuclear Medicine Tech
Duration -13 Weeks
Shift -Day 4x10-Hour (08:00 - 18:30)
Location - Burbank, CA 91505

Position Summary:
The Nuclear Medicine Technologist (NMT) is responsible for performing diagnostic imaging and therapeutic procedures using radioactive materials to help physicians diagnose and treat various medical conditions. The technologist prepares and administers radiopharmaceuticals, operates specialized imaging equipment, and ensures accurate imaging results while maintaining patient safety and comfort.

Job Duties:

Prepare and administer radiopharmaceuticals to patients for diagnostic imaging and therapeutic procedures.
Operate nuclear medicine imaging equipment such as gamma cameras, PET, and SPECT scanners to capture diagnostic images.
Review physician orders and patient medical history to determine appropriate imaging procedures.

Note: 2 years of NMT Experience

Requirements:

Experience: 2 years
Certifications: ARRT or NMTCB**, ARRT R, BLS, NMTCB
