Description

ICU Registered Nurse (RN)

Location: Goodyear, AZ | Pay: $2,312/wk

Join our Critical Care team providing 1:1 or 1:2 care for high-acuity patients. We are looking for a decisive, skilled RN to manage life-sustaining interventions in a high-acuity ICU setting.

Quick Requirements

License: Active License (State/Compact).
Experience: 2+ years of recent ICU/Critical Care experience. (Hard Stop)
Certs: BLS, ACLS & NIHSS (AHA).

SKILLS Ventilator Management (AC/VC, SIMV, Weaning Protocols) Vasoactive Drip Titration (Levophed, Neosynephrine, Cardene, Propofol) Hemodynamic Monitoring (Arterial Lines, CVP, Swan-Ganz) Level 1 Trauma Care CRRT (Continuous Renal Replacement Therapy) Cardiac Monitoring (Arrhythmia Interpretation, 12-Lead ECG) Post-Surgical Recovery (Neuro, Spine, Ortho, Vascular) Advanced Assessment (GCS, NIHSS, Sepsis Screening) IV Insertion & Central Line Care Epic / Cerner EMR Proficiency
