• Additional Notes: Inpatient pharmacy experience: Med/surg, ICU, NICU, IV order prep, IV check, Infusion

• Patient Ratios:
• Equipment: Omnicell
• EHR: EDIS and Medhost

• Supervisor: • Patient Population e.g. “geriatric, adult, peds, etc.”: General acute, NICU, Peds, infusion

Hiring Profile:

• Must Have Skills/Experience: Cardiology, infect disease, trauma, inpatient general, Peds, NICU, OB
• Preferred Skillset/Experience: ambulatory care, surgery
• Common Diagnosis/Treatment: Pneumonia, UTI, Cellulitis, AFIB, CHF, STEMI, N-STEMI, Stroke
• Personality Fit: Team oriented, high focus on safety, flexibility, excellent communication

• Required Education: Pharm D
