Floating: No Education requirements: BS Certifications/Licensure requirements: CIC, RN, BLS Dress Code: business casual • This person needs to be familiar with hospital IP functions as we do cross into some IP workflows that roll up to the hospital since we are a department of the hospital. • The interim will formally report to me, Director of Post Acute Services and Shaun Simmons, Assistant Director of Post Acute services in my absence. I am the Nursing Home Administrator on record so I oversee operations and regulatory compliance. Shaun is an RN that supports operations and would be the clinical & hospital expert. We split our time between Westland House and the hospital’s Inpatient Rehab Unit and operate as a leadership team in the two departments. • This person will work exclusively for Westland House. They will need to travel to the hospital (2.5 miles away from Westland house) for some organizational IP meetings throughout the month such as the IP workgroup. • I believe this will be a 3-6 month assignment as we are hoping this person will help onboard the new hire as well as fine tune our existing program.
