DESCRIPTION:

Job Title: Registered Nurse First Assistant (RNFA) – Operating Room
Shift: Mid Shift – 10 Hours (6:30 AM – 5:00 PM)
Location: Bakersfield, CA 93301

Minimum Qualifications

Active Registered Nurse (RN) License in the state of practice – Required
Registered Nurse First Assistant (RNFA) Certification – Required
Certified Nurse Operating Room (CNOR) – Required
Basic Life Support (BLS) or CPR Certification – Required
Minimum 2 years of perioperative nursing experience
At least 3 months of recent experience in the specialty

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)
Certified Registered Nurse First Assistant (CRNFA)
Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) or PEARS
Membership with the Association of perioperative Registered Nurses (AORN)
