Description

We are hiring a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) for a Skilled Nursing Facility in Middletown, OH. We are open to both permanent and contract candidates, and interviews are happening quickly.

What you’ll do:

  • Provide occupational therapy treatments under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist

  • Implement individualized treatment plans and document patient progress
  • Collaborate with a supportive rehab team to help patients regain independence

Requirements:

  • Active Ohio COTA license or eligibility
  • SNF experience preferred, not required
