• Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 36 
• Weekend Hours: Rotating/As Needed.  
• Call Requirements: Census dependent.  
• Required Certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS 
• Years of Experience: 2+ 
• Float Requirements: Census dependent. 

Unit Information: 

• Number of Beds: 10 
• Patient Ratios: 1:2 
• Equipment: Baxter pump, GE bedside monitor, Arjo beds 
• EHR: Meditech 

• Supervisor: Megan Kurtz – ICU Clinical Manager 

• Patient Population e.g. “geriatric, adult, peds, etc.”: 18 or older, rare pediatric post op patient 

Hiring Profile: 

• Must Have Skills/Experience: Advanced hemodynamic monitoring, ventilator management, vasoactive drips, cardiac support 
• Preferred Skillset/Experience: Minimal two years of ICU experience 
• Common Diagnosis/Treatment: COPD exacerbation, DKA, Atrial fibrillation, pre/post heart catheterization, septic shock 
• Personality Fit: Team player, compassionate, advocate 

• Required Education: Certification/Licensure required to work as an RN in TN.  

Dress Code: 

• Scrub Color: Any color scrubs. 
• Any unacceptable attire: Street cloths, apparel with outside hospital name.
