Description
LPN needed in Parkersburg, WV for a Long Term Care or Skilled Nursing setting. You will provide direct resident care including medication administration, treatments, wound care support, monitoring changes in condition, and communicating updates to the RN and provider team. This is a steady, team based environment where strong time management, resident safety, and accurate documentation are essential. Candidates should be comfortable with busy med passes, supporting admissions and discharges, and providing compassionate care to a primarily geriatric population.
Active LPN license required (WV)
BLS preferred (facility dependent)
Recent LTC or SNF experience preferred
Comfortable with med passes, injections, tube feeds, wound care, vitals, and basic assessments within LPN scope
EMR charting and accurate documentation required
Floating within the facility may be required based on census
Must be able to pass background, drug screen, and complete all facility compliance items on time
Flexibility with scheduling, including weekends and holidays as needed
