Description

Title: Registered Nurse – Med/Surg
Location: Hermiston, OR
Position Type: 13 Weeks (36 Hours Expected)
Shift: Day – 3x12 Hour Shifts (07:00 AM – 07:30 PM)
Weekly Pay Package: TBD (Based on final pay package)

Job Description:
• Experience: Minimum 3 years of Medical-Surgical nursing experience required
• Education: Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing; BSN or MSN preferred
• Licensure: Active Oregon RN License required
• Certifications: BLS, ACLS, and PALS required; CMSRN preferred
• EMR: EPIC experience preferred
• Responsibilities: Provide direct patient care for adult medical-surgical patients, including patient assessment, medication administration, monitoring vital signs, and developing care plans
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes and respond to changes in patient condition
• May be floated to other departments where qualified
• Holiday coverage required; 36 guaranteed hours per week
